Lapis Sagu Cat Postcard

These are commonly found dessert in Singapore, they are creations from different cultures but they all share one thing in common, that they are all yummy.

Lapis Sagu is traditional Nonya dessert. A sweet, multi-layered rainbow cake. When I was a kid I loved eating this layer by layer. Made with flour, coconut milk and sugar.
